HUMAN RESOURCE INSTITUTE OF NZ (HRINZ)

26 FEBRUARY, 5-7pm

Nick Petrie asserts that the two greatest challenges for current and future leaders are the pace of change and the complexity of the challenges we face. If there ever was a time to get serious about the growth and development of yourself and your teams it really is NOW! Unlearning, learning, relearning and rehearsing new skills, new behaviours and new ways of working are now more critical than ever. As Marshall Goldsmith says “what got us here, won’t get us there”! And we need to get ‘there’! So, if you think you and/or your organisation has become complacent around leadership development, then this is the session for you. Kick off 2019 with fresh thinking. Presented by Linda Hutchings, sponsored by Tompkins Wake. Non-members welcome.

Email: waikato@hrinz.org.nz for further information and registration.
